Ordering

We accept credit card payment online via Paypal (VISA and Mastercard) as well as Afterpay. We also accept Direct Bank Deposit as a payment option. Please check with your financial institution regarding time frames for processing payment etc. You will need to deposit the payment within 3 working days from day of purchase or your order may be cancelled.

Elves in the Wardrobe will dispatch your order when payment has been received.

A confirmation email will be sent to you advising of when your purchases have been dispatched.

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST.

Elves in the Wardrobe reserves the right to change prices at our discretion.

Delivery

Elves in the Wardrobe delivers Australia wide using the services of Australia Post. We will ship orders within 24 hours of placing it Mon – Fri. Orders placed on the weekend and /Friday (after 6.00 a.m. AEDT) will be shipped the following Monday.

 Ownership and Responsibility:

Once items are shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the buyer. You will be required to initiate any investigations necessary, but we will be available to assist you if needed, or to provide any evidence. Should items arrive damaged, reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the order. We'll work with you to resolve any issues.

Delivery Fee Australia wide is AUD $10.95 flat fee for regular post, sent via Australia post.

General delivery time with Australia Post:

1. NSW 3-6 business days.

2. VIC & NT 3-6 business.

3. WA 2-4 business days.

Express post can be selected by the customer for a fee of AUD $14.45 Australia wide.

General delivery time for Express Post via Australia Post :

1. NSW: 1-3 business days.

2. VIC & NT: 1-3 business days.

3. WA: 1-2 business days.

Express and regular post can be decided upon at the checkout.

Shipping fee  AUD $24.05  for registered (trackable) post by air.

Delivery time 3-10 business days depending on location.

Shipping fee AUD$32.50 for registered (trackable) post by air. Delivery time 5-10 business days depending on location.

Elves in the wardrobe does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage of items/parcels once they have left our office.
